Man cuts off penis in a failed suicide attempt

A 20 year old man at Nkawie-Kubin, a suburb of Kumasi in the Ashanti region has cut off his penis in a bizarre suicide attempt. Ernest Obeng is alleged to have earlier attempted committing suicide by hanging but relatives intervened.
