E.tv Ghana is rolling out from the 15th of February 2010, a brand new proactive and comprehensive Business news called eBusiness Journal. eBusiness Journal is e.tv’s newest addition to the world of business, providing a platform for businesses in Ghana and Africa.

The programme will feature local business news from around the nation, updated every day, top business stories from around the globe, industry-specific news from more than 100 industries, advice segments, and a full menu of tools to help business owners and operators manage their businesses more effectively.

“We aim to be the leader in business news, offering daily local business updates from the markets, breaking news from around the nation and weekly updates of manufacturing and industry news throughout the country,” Channel Programmes Manager, John Osei-Tutu Agyeman, told journalists.

Exclusive to e.tv Ghana every weekday at 7:00 p.m., eBusiness Journal will also showcase real estate listings, a special focus on young entrepreneurs, local networking and business events, and strategic partnership opportunities.

Also on e.tv Ghana’s local programme menu is lunchtime news, news extra, starting on the 15th of February 2010, at 1.00p.m., each week day. The news will focus on up to date stories happening locally, regionally and internationally. The bulletin will include news from the seat of government and human-centered stories from the regions.

News extra, to be anchored by Josephine Oppong-Yeboah (Lady Joy) will be a prelude to e.tv Ghana’s flagship news bulletin, Prime News at 8.00pm.

E.tv Ghana is born out of a partnership between Global Media Alliance Ghana Ltd., and Sabido Investment (PTY) Ltd., of South Africa. E.tv Ghana provides the most invigorating and stimulating programmes for viewers. The channel’s unique line-up is a fine blend of family oriented programmes that is exciting, educative, exceptional, exhilarating and electrifying.
